The Push Experiment and Yin Yang Theory

There was this time when I had just finished doing exercises in the temple, and was quite exhausted. I went to get the plasma rings, one Yin and one Yang, out of my bag, and went back to the exercise grounds skipping and jumping over stairs. My energy was back!

I then did this experiment with my friend, where I asked him to stand really sturdy, and I would push him, and we would measure my strength. First, I pushed him without any plasma rings, and he went back a little bit. Then I wore the Yang ring around my neck, and pushed him, and he went twice as far. Now I removed the Yang ring and put on the Yin ring around my neck. He didn't go as far as with the Yang ring, but still farther without any rings. And He mentioned that he felt the energy "go back" or return to me, like it was only pushing as much as necessary, but was conserving energy by collecting it back.

The main difference between Yin and Yang is that Yang shines out light, energy, information, etc., and Yin absorbs it. Yang is expressive and strong, while Yin is "conservative" and sensitive. If you think of the two poles of a magnet, one positive and one negative, one pushing out magnetic energy and the other one pulling it back in, creating the magnetic field. One would not exist without the other. Like Father and Mother in the family, both cannot perform their function of building a family without each other.

This is my understanding of Yin and Yang.

In healing, Yin absorbs the negative energy, and because of this, it knows where the dis-ease is, where the energy is needed. Yang then would know where to send the energy in order to heal the dis-ease. Without Yin, a Yang would just ignore the injury and enable the person to keep going, like a strong man continuing a battle despite his injuries. Without Yang, Yin would know what is wrong and what changes need to be made to heal or improve a person, a family or a society, but would be powerless to make those changes, or do anything other than complain, perhaps even creating awareness by aggravating the injury.. Together, Yin and Yang would be able to create anything, do anything.

What I have observed while working with plasma rings is that if you are injured, Yang rings seem to cause pain after a while. This could be explained this way: Yang sends energy to everything, and amplifies everything, including negative things. Healthy things become healthier, injured things become even more injured. Yin on the other hand absorbs everything. It absorbs pain as well as health. I will need to make more observations in order to support this theory.
